The location was ideal, with easy access to the subway and JFK airport. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. While the area may not be the prettiest, the free shuttle service made getting around a breeze.

However, the neighborhood felt unsafe, prompting Lyft rides to Manhattan. The breakfast staff could be rude, but overall, it was a good value for the proximity to tourist attractions.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a quiet area, really close to the river and subway.

Omg, the rooms on the 7th floor were imaculate! so cozy, and the staff were amazing, always going above and beyond. Just wish breakfast was better though! 🥐🍳

Hip new hotel in an industrial area right by Manhattan, Subway and the factory. We have spent 4 days in a double room. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom.
